Account & data deletion

TickTime (ticktime.by)

You can request deletion of your account and related personal data processed in connection with the TickTime service. We will verify your request using the phone number linked to your account.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@ticktime.by from the email address you use for support contact, or include the following in your message:

  • Subject line: Account deletion request
  • Phone number registered in TickTime (including country code)
  • Optional: short reason (helps us improve the service)

What we delete

After verification, we delete or anonymise your account and associated data where applicable (e.g. profile, appointments, specialist profile data tied to your user), subject to legal retention requirements.

Timing

We aim to process verified requests within a reasonable period and will confirm by email when possible.
